ONE is awesome, and recently I found a site Kiva.org that truly lets anyone participate actively in poverty reduction. Kiva.org facilitates normal people to give loans to "micro-entrepreneurs" in developing countries who couldn't otherwise get a loan from the bank. And you get the money back because it's a loan, so it's a great way to fight poverty by enabling someone to create their own business and create their own income.
