This morning I read the fine print for the writing competion I'm looking to enter. Not only do I have to submit chapter one, I have to submit 2 & 3 at the same time, but I also have to have my manuscript done. Will this drive me to finish by deadline? I can only hope so...

I went to Starbucks to review chapter one feedback from a few friends who responded to my request for additional critique. Yes, I could have gone anywhere or stayed home, but I wanted to try their Cinnamon Dolce Latte with Sugar Free Syrup.

Not far from Starbucks is Jade Garden. I haven't been there for about a year.
