I finally got to sleep last night. I'm a bit tired this morning.
My agent called to let me know the final details regarding any association/assesment fee - which there are none since there is no central courtyard. That is a relief.
The seller will probably fix a circuit breaker problem and I'll get to walk through a day or two before.
