ER isn't just on Thursday nights...

The short version:
Sunday morning around 2 am, I got sick. Then again at 5, by 7 I was having trouble breathing and knew something was abnormally wrong.
With a quick 911 call, I was off to Immanuel Hospital. As with most people, I don't remember that ride...
It seemed like I was in the ER forever while they tried to stabilize my breathing. It was very labored and excruciatingly painful. I called it doing ab crunches for 5 hours...
After being poked and prodded for a few hours, I finally was moved to ICU where I stayed there until Monday afternoon. Then I was moved to a regular room and was discharged Tuesday morning.

It was due to some diabetic complications. A good and expensive reminder to keep it in control.

I'm home now and resting...
