I got my laptop back a few days early.
Now, remember - all I needed was the backlight fixed in the monitor.
However, 'they' thought I needed my hard drive restored. WHY?
I'm going to see if I can get to the bottom of it all tomorrow.
Most all my writing stuff is on my flash drive. An older version of "Silence" is on the RMP Mobile External Hard Drive. I have a month to finalize the film.
In other news, I'm trying to reinstall everything and I'm watching "Adaptation". An odd movie about a guy trying to write a screenplay from a book.

If nothing else, try to find out _who_ either 1) ordered it to be reformatted or 2) who actually did it, and ask that they come to your house and we'll beat the shit out of them.
