I lot has happened since May 1.
I became unemployed, I went full-force into my own consulting business, I turned 32. I helped celebrate 5 birthdays (including my own) and I bought myself a new toy.
I spend my day working on my business, "planting like a farmer" as my mom puts it. I occasionally meet up with friends, family, or potential clients. I sleep in, I stay up way late and I do my best to stay motivated through it all. I work from my house, a coffee shop, or my sister's place.
My task list always grows no matter how many items I mark as complete.
And to top it off, I shaved off the goatee I've been sporting since 2-3 jobs ago (5+ years). I have shaver's remorse, even though I look younger, it doesn't look right.
