While shopping for various kids on Monday (last minute I know) I was trying to determine what to get. A woman walked by me just as I determined which item I wanted to pick up.
She jumped and looked toward me.
"Oh my," she said, holding her hand to her heart. "I thought you were a mannequin, you were standing there so still."
I laughed and then joked that the jacket I was wearing was on sale for $40. She laughed and walked away.
Now I wonder if my skin is really that plastic looking.
