I was about to sit down and get some serious RoomMate Productions stuff done last night and the backlight on my laptop monitor went out.
It was about 8pm, but I had time take it to Best Buy. After the Geek Squad examined it, they determined that they’d have to send it to HP. Amen for warranties.
I won’t have my computer now until the end of the month. I don’t know if I’ll survive. This will give me a chance to clean up the house, read, organize some boxes, & take some clothes to Goodwill.
Ironically, when I got back in my car with my empty laptop bag... I started the car and on the radio was, “My Heart Will Go On.” How appropriate?
At least I may be able to talk my roommate into letting me use his computer this weekend.
