Friday night Adam & Eric hit editing on "Laundromat". I stayed in front of my computer trying to find musicians on SlamOmaha.com to send us music for the soundtrack.
Saturday morning I was up & mowing. Not fun, but it is sure different mowing my own house vs. my mom & dad's lawn (although the same mower from way back when). After an audition was canceled, I headed to Lincoln to hang with my friend Mike whose birthday is Monday. We met up with our friend Kenny at Heidelburgs - I love the no-smoking ordinance in Lincoln. After playing more darts than I ever played before, I headed to Natalie's where my friend Jon was. It was a debate whether or not to go back to Omaha that night or Sunday morning. Sunday morning was the decision and we stayed and watched "Halfway Point" since he hasn't scene it. Natalie was at the premiere. Jon's flight back to Alaska wasn't until Sunday afternoon - so we had time on our side.
After sitting through that movie for the second time this week, I finally I went to my mom & dad's and crashed in their guestroom only to wake up a few hours later this morning. I ended up going to Omaha while Natalie, Jon, and Meghan (aka Goofball) would show up around noon when Jessie and Russell and their daughter would also be there. I decided to be a bachelor and take the easy way out & order pizza from Pizza Hut.
After giving a historic & hysterical tour of the house and eating lunch, they all left, so I hit the grocery store to get odds & ends food for my parents and grandparents who were on their way. My grandparents hadn't seen my new place yet - well, inside that is. After making a big feast they took off. Now I'm tired and I have laundry going and my mind is trying to figure out what I have going this week besides more editing.
Oh yeah - I'm getting so much guestbook spam on LeftStanding.net - I think I'll just remove the guestbook - eventually. I changed the index page to show testimonials instead of my preface.
