Counter offers galore. Some back and forth and I'm squeezing the juice.
At 1pm today... I should be signing off on the house!
Now I have the loan officers competing for my business by offering more incentives to go with them. This will help since I couldn't bring down the seller any more.
Exciting times! Now I need to round up a moving crew and a cleaning crew and a home inspector.
